i felt like i was moving super slow, but upon looking at my splits afterwards, i realized my pace was a little faster than it should have been for a recovery run. weird. just felt kind of blah, like i was slogging through this one. i only had ~10hrs to recovery between last night's hard run and this one, so it's no wonder my legs felt heavy.

your slow is many people's fast :) way to improve on those splits! I'm going on a hike tomorrow with a friend and his wife that are doing Big Sur - I'm way jealous of you guys!

i still kind of can't believe that this is a normal pace for me! all the hard work i've done is definitely paying off. so psyched for big sur. it's like a month away now, ahhhhh!! have a good time on the hike.
