first workout of the day. lats, delts, tris, rhomboids, spinal erectors, pecs, abs.
also threw in some plyo:
- 4 sets x 20 bench hops (really focusing on minimizing the amount of time my feet touch the ground when i land)
- 16 ball kicks-ups
- 4 sets x 10 one-legged side-to-side hops (i just lay a resistance band in a line on the ground and hope across it and back as quickly as possible)
