    Took a group class at 24...it was pretty good i though it was gonna be kinda homo since it was like part yoga and tai chi or sum like that but it was nice

    Wow today was a tough start stupid altitude. Did 2.10 miles on the tredmil in about 1 hr, then 2.0 miles on the cyles in about 10 min. 3 sets of pull ups and 3 sets of crunches! First day!
