great Central Park Loop 6 mi 00:48 08:00 pace

After a few rest days, my legs felt all right to run (though my hips were still tight) so I hit the park loop and tried to keep up with the speedy Marcel W....didn't quite keep up the last two miles but I was close! Hopefully the injuries will stay at bay so I can get into a regular training sched again.
