great Castlewood State Park 3 mi

It was nice to get in a trail run today! It was the last day of my trip in stl and it was a beautiful day so I hit the Castlewood Lone Wolf Trail. I felt slow on the huge hill but it is so beautiful, always worth the climb;). I saw a huge group of wild turkeys too...what is a group of turkeys? a flock?

    So glad you were able to enjoy the park! Next time you are in town let me know, would have loved to meet you. My subdivision actually backs up to this park and I love running there. Of course, I wouldn't have been able to run with you this time..but maybe next time. haha
