My Achilles hurt today, I think from the long run yesterday, so I hit the elliptical for 20 mins and did weights. My pullups are about the same, I think my arms got weaker from not doing weights as much the past few weeks...I'll be back on it this week.

Injuries are the worst. Keep pushing through it. But get that pull up already. Jeesh.

Good job and take care of that achilles. It could be from the barefoot running you've started. As you move to a zero drop (barefoot or zero drop shoes) it stretches the achilles which will cause pain during the adjustment period.
