    Gusty winds with snow flurries today around 28 degrees F, I was pretty well protected in the woods. Run started out a little sluggish but legs felt stronger near the end.

      Re metronome I top out at about 170bpm. It does help me keep a more even running time pace throughout, though. Good luck with the Glass City Half Marathon!

      It,s tough getting used to the quick turnover but i,m working on it. Hows your running going....It,s been pretty mild weather here.

      Pretty mild here too. Ran in shorts (without leggings) yesterday. I'm signing up with a local athletics (running) club; have been running with them on Mondays. Running with others does help keep up the motivation. You going to the BGSU workouts? Aim to?
