UGHHH! This was a tough run. Couldn't find a running buddy so had to go it alone. Took on the hilly route, but knew it wouldn't be enough so added in a detour. My right knee felt a bit sore right above the kneecap about 5 miles in, then my left hammy was bugging me, then it started pouring! I like running in rain, but preferably when I'm wearing a hat. My sweat mixed in with the rain was stinging my eyes so bad, I could barely see. Ran home to get my hat and gatorade and finished my run in my neighborhood. I was definitely slow, but I'll take it. Slow miles are still miles!
