Wendy, I've been praying for you -- I know this decision was a tough one. Been there, done that -- it simply stinks. You're handling this whole thing with grace, and have a super outlook. You will inspire others in the dailymile community to keep running in its proper place. Your God first, then your family, then your fitness, then your running is as it should be. I believe you will come back even stronger, especially with this kind of healthy attitude!

This is a tough spot for any runner, and especially a first timer. You're so relentlessly determined and positive that I just hate to see you struggling now.
