      Cheers Kevin:-) The race is 22/6, starting in Didsbury at 0700 and following the Transpennine Trail to Sheffield - quite a bit south of your usual orbit! I'm just trying to sort the logistics of getting there and back but it's looking do-able...

    Eary run this morning to pick up my MTB. Started really easy to stretch out the calf/knee/hamstring, and worked way up to 4:50/km. A few twinges around 9k so I eased off a bit, but overall felt ok.
