    Mega windy on rivington pike today, really struggled. Hopefully be better tomorrow:-)

    Rocky, muddy trails, 6000+ feet of ascent, not in too bad shape. Feet a bit rough after being wet for 5 hours straight, but they'll be ok for day 2 (of 5) tomorrow:-)

    Felt pretty sick Sunday, and a bit stiff yesterday, so waited til today to stretch the legs out. All felt OK, just gonna keep things ticking over now til next Weds when Hell of a Hill starts again:-)

    First marathon of the day, took it easy and finished feeling good despite the 31 trail laps and 985m of ascent:-)
