good Morning trot... 12.41 km 01:04 08:16 pace
Eary run this morning to pick up my MTB. Started really easy to stretch out the calf/knee/hamstring, and worked way up to 4:50/km. A few twinges around 9k so I eased off a bit, but overall felt ok.
