Hello Daily Mile, it has been awhile! Hey that rhymes. At any rate, I joined the gym back in May and have been busy going to body pump, turbo kick, step aerobics, teaching step aerobics. Had done some runs with Jenny B. here and there but nothing to big. Today I was just feeling like I needed to detox after a fun but well, FUN weekend and went out for a run. It was drizzly at 8pm, but still light. I felt great. I think a lot of it was beginners luck, but it did feel good to get back out there. Would have kept going, but it was pitch black by 8:23 when I finished. Good times!
