Took The Girl on her first 13.1 run since her accident last year. She smasher her PR for a half marathon by nearly 16 minutes! Viva la CrossFit!

She's so happy to be back running. She was in a car accident about a year ago and was concerned she'd not be able to run again. She was STOKED to run this today, and still feel good.
(BTW: I could spot the Perfect Strangers from about 1/2 mile away. I spotted you all both coming and going WAY in the distance :)
