The rest of the week should be interesting. 12 tomorrow, CrossFit Friday, 13 Saturday...we'll see how ultra my body is feeling :)

The OPFS ultra in November here in Indiana. (I bonked last year after trying to run it 2 weeks after the STL marathon...my fifth of the year). Then a month later, the Dino Series Tecumseh Trail Marathon in Dec in Bloomington.
All this is to prep for the Trans Rockies next year, which I'm going to attempt!
