Congratulations!!! And remember, God created it and it was good.I would run my long runs on Sunday until I started listening to people who would say that Sunday is a day of rest. Yes, it is. What turned into a day of praise with running and praying turned into a bad thing. I saw it bad to run on Sundays so I quit running on this day. Then, I remembered the Pharisees in the Bible and Jesus teachings. I was then directed to Genesis where it says God created it and it was good. : )

Smart move this week Winston to let the legs come back to you a bit. It will certainly be "weather dependent" as far as the clock on Saturday. On June 15th we have the Holland Corn Fest which will be my only race before Cottonwood in the fall - it will be 85 degrees at the start, hilly course and I'll be darn lucky to break 18:50 in the 5K. Summer racing is pretty humbling at times :)
