First run after the half marathon on Sunday. Was feeling some foot pain for the first mile but it went away. Breaking in my alternate pair of shoes so maybe that was it.


I didn't want to walk tonight but then I saw your Nike+ and thought if you can go for a 5 miles run after your half marathon, I can at least walk 20 minutes. Thank you for being awesome!
