Was going to try for 4 miles today but shut it down due to ankle and impending thunderstorm. Ankle is stiff and is causing lower left leg to feel tight. Hopefully this goes away. 68, cloudy, 8 mph winds, raining.

Before and after, with a 5 minute warm up walk and a 5 minute cool down walk. It's just something from the last twisting. It'll get better.
