    So first time on my road bike in almost a year! Yipes. Did the Spidermonkey route up to Highland Park. Topped at about 21 mph. I'll be sore in the morning!

    First run in 2 weeks. And... no shin pain! Must've been a bone bruise. Thank goddness. New Asics Kayanos as well. Felt great. Let's do this marathon...
