      I understand how you feel. It's hard laying off but only you know what is best for you. Don't push yourself too hard though.

      Just don't push yourself. I am just coming back from having a bone spur in my heel removed this past December. I am just now getting back into it, and had to totally change shoes and my stride.

      Take the rest of the week off, it will do you some good. Rest the knee. You ran a hard half this past weekend! I really took it easy on my half this past Saturday. The woodlands is a great course. I plan on doing a full there next year. See you Saturday William....

      You can do it William. Looking at your times lately indicates that you can. You're in shape to do it. But you must take it easy this week. I have 2 more short & easy runs left to do this week. Just hope the temps are in the 50's. If in upper 60's, it's gonna be a tough one. Good luck man! I'll be there with you Saturday on the full, can't wait!!
