    Pretty good run this morning. 75* with 100% humidity. The only thing that really saved us was the light fog with mist that kept us cooler then normal.

    Well it was a pretty good run this morning with the CSM, nice easy pace, on a side note I think I may have re-injured my right calf. I need to go see the medics to find out why this keeps happening.

      What is happening with the calf? Are you foam rolling it?

      its been fine since I first injured it back in March, I will foam roll it out tonight and R.I.C.E when I get home. I may need to come up and see you to find out if it might be my shoes causing me the damage.

    I did 4 complete rounds with 10 Box Jumps. Not bad for my 2nd Crossfit workout
