I woke up with a terrible cramp in my calf,but still decided to go out for a "shorty" ;-) Pretty sweet outside. Just me and some rabbits and a few deer (and some cows blocking the trail)

30 - 50K depending on feel. I'll be running neer Sterksel http://goo.gl/maps/V14oG I was thinking first a lap in the forest on the North followed by a stretch down the area to the south.

#dailymission But in reality I'm more awkward and way slower (and pretty damn white). I'm about as tired as he looks though at times (only way way sooner).

Sometimes the trail was probably not where my Garmin suggested it to be. (oh and the water was COLD !)

Instructions on your car for when you collapse during a run ... sounds not so smart... Get a tattoo instead !! (on some exposed skin of course, even in winter... how about forehead ?)

Maybe this is an example of when being too literal is not good. My sticker is actually on my office door, hence informing my co-workers what to do in case of callapse...lighten up Mr. NL.
