  2. Thinking about taking a night off from running group and just going for support. Having some pretty gnarly low-inside shin pain and I'd prefer it not progress. Anyone have advice?

    its nice to run without a garmin sometimes. was able to pick it up at the end. haven't run over 6 miles in almost 2 months. this was needed.
