    very hot, but legs felt fresh and loose. It's so nice to not have the legs bind up like they do after a run in cool temps It's also nice not to have to do so much laundry!

    I wanted to go longer, but i need to scoop up the kids. I need to adjust to warmer temps, but i am not complaining. Legs are still not fresh from recent harder runs. Probably need to slow it down.

    tried out some new machines today. Felt strange being inside on such a nice day, it was pretty empty. It closes at 6 on w-ends, kind of a bummer.

    Negative split through 6 and then legs got pretty tired (5K Thursday)....7:51, 7:35, 7:25, 7:24, 7:14, 7:01,
    7:13, 7:22. Beautiful day!! Now off to to see Mom.
