Hi everyone. I'm having a little female problem that's tmi for here. I'm in pain and cannot been seen by my gyno's partner until Wednesday. My doc's on vacation. I'm taking a few days off.

I have a polar heart rate monitor too! One of the best things I have bought for my training! You are doing great Cheryl!! A little tweaking of our routines is needed when our bodies change. Keep it up!

Nice elliptical workout. Well if it turns out you're burning too much, you should definitely scale back. Starvation mode is never good, our bodies need fuel to burn that fat :)
