    I wanted to go for a run, but it started raining so i chickened out and did a little work out on my bike (on easy mode). Still worked up a sweat so it's all good!

      Good job! We just moved to a new area and today I was driving around with the kids mapping out new running routes. Hoping I'll be motivated to get back out there.
