    a break today to just do one PIYO dvd, Drench. Tomorrow is more hill and speed work so letting my muscles recovery low impact and getting good stretch in.

      John, I recently changed my mind on races. I was going to run country music Marathon, but then decided I wanted to train on the trails, so I'm training for Gnawbone 50k along with a few other smaller races.

      Great! That's kinda funny because I'm running the Cimarron 50K 6 days before your race. I'm trying to get back into it since I was hurt. I'm also running the Revel Rockies Marathon in July. I paced the 3:45 group last year. If I don't get to pace it, I'll race it. I'm also running RNR Denver again. I probably won't be racing it since the course is really tough to PR. The Country Music Marathon is definitely on my list though.
