    Red, white, candy cane 2x, blue 2x. Time not exact I forgot to restart my watch twice so just guessing.

    Legs were little stiff but way better then yesterday. This route always kicks my butt with 1,085 feet elevation. Pouring rain but we got it done!

    Not a great run for me. Legs esp cavles felt like I was carrying weights on them. Just had to tell myself keep moving no matter how slow.

    1 mile flat with sprint at 7:30 pace at end to stimulate strong finish line.
