We had our second baby on the 29th so I missed a few rehab days but I'm back starting this morning with 20 mins on the trainer and core work. Also working on some muscle imbalances that lead to an ITband issue that contributed to the knee pain.


IT band issues ahhh! hate that muscle. so needy. good luck with the baby and congrats again on the baby!
