Every time you think you should work out, eat a snack instead. No, just kidding, but I had to recover from two ACL tears, and I almost went freaking crazy, but I found that little things like heel/toe raises with a weight (while sitting!), or those little hand squeezy things or ab workouts make it easier, becuase you feel like you're working out, even if you're not getting any cardio in. Be safe and recover quickly!

Great suggestions! I've got a ton of little exercises that I'm going to add in to the rehab program. Just gotta take it real slow. :)

trainer ride 36.6 mi 02:00 18.3mph pace
Tried to maintain an even cadence the whole time at a challenging, but not too tough, gear and tried to keep my heart rate between 120 - 125bpm the whole time. Good ride.

kinda, but it is attached to a monitor. more like a computrainer. there are over 30 courses that you can "ride", with a pacer, etc.
