Real easy 30 mins after the swim. Good thing this was supposed to be an easy run too - I was wiped out after the pool!

Quick swim today. Shoulder has been sore since Sunday so I just want to feel it out and make sure nothing was wrong. Everything felt fine in the water!

Feel Better:
you might be over rotating or bringing your arm out too wide when he comes out of the water. I just corrected this issue on wednesday myself.

Yeah I was definitely doing something weird with my arm on Sunday. Not sure what it was but it feels back to normal now.

good Trainer ride - brick pt 1 14.67 mi 01:00 14.7mph pace
Very easy, low resistance spinning. Kit keeping the HR low and the cadence up, but very low effort on the legs.

You made need seat adjusting if not on the post height maybe on the rails either slightly forward or back. What kind of pedals do you have? Speedplay pedal allow you to have a little rotation from side to side and other pedals usualy keep your foot stationary side to side. By not allowing it to move side to side and not having that wiggle room could cause some knee problems/pain.

I have shimano ultegra pedals. just changed my shoes out though and they're a little bigger than my old ones. I think between the seat and cleat placement I just need a little adjustment in there.

if you just changed your shoes then it may be a location of the cleat on the shoe. Is your cleats adjustable front to back some to allow for proper placement to give you the optimal power output? Even a small, and what people deem as insignifigant, can make all of the difference in some pain and speed.

yeah that must be what it is. will have to play around with the cleats and find a good spot. thanks for the suggestions!
