    Ran the 3mile backside of the Nolan trail then the one mile meadow path back to the parking lot. About 68 degrees.

    Another good, run. About 75 degrees on the Nolan Trail. Finished with a sprint. Recovery time is short. I went slow and tried to go about 3 minutes slower than usual.

    It was storming out today, so I hit the treadmill. First half mile at 10:30 pace, next 1.5 mile at 9:05 pace, last 7 tenths at 10:00 and cool down.

    A hot and humid day for running, whew. I felt strong (especially since I'm so slow) but I need to improve my breathing.
