  4. oh, I have been a bad DM'er!!! probably landed me on Santa's naughty list :-) But injury, illness and the holidays threw me off track. Getting back on track now!

    solid hour of weights--back, biceps and abs....glad the gym is close to my house, arms were so weak by the time I was done, I didn't even want to turn the steering wheel :-(

    Race For The Cure 5K --Triumphant return to racing!! yes! Not my best time ever, but so glad to have run a race again. Weather was cold, and gray, but the rain held off

    good warm up run before Saturdays 5K. Pace was not too fast but that did include one very good sized hill!

    Kept it short since muscles were fatigued from last nights all-leg lifting session. Followed this one up with more lifting--chest, shoulders, triceps. Very tired now.......

    20 min ride followed by an all legs weight work out--lunges, squats, hamstring curls, calf rotations, leg press and a few other things thrown in for good measure
