Cranked out 4 loops today. Was hoping to do 5, but my water belt was killing my hips, so I just shut it down before the pain got too crazy. I've worn the belt so often, but just today realized how much it restricts my mobility and compresses my hips. As soon as I took it off it felt better.

Came across my lil-big bro at the end of lap 1 running with a buddy of his. We exchanged some words and carried along our opposite directions. We crossed paths again half a lap later, but this time just exchanged awkward glances.

Good run save for the wimpy hips.
