Woke up this morning no worse for wear than I was yesterday, so I took on another 15 minute run. It went much the same as yesterday, with my calves screaming 'uncle' and my lungs on fire. Otherwise it was another successful run.

I'll probably take tomorrow off running, with just my walk to/from work. It'll give my calves a break, and if all goes well, I'll try this again on Tuesday.

So far so good!
