15 minutes doesn't give a person very much time to get any exploring done. As soon as it starts, it seems like the run is over. Bummer.

Another day, another 15 minutes. Legs are slowly coming around as it took 10 minutes before my calves started cramping up, instead of the 5 it has been. Progress!

How are you feeling after the race. Whats up with no running for a month?

I luckily felt pretty good within a couple of days of the race. After these 24 hours Fri/Sat my season is done. I need to get my body back to start. Got plantar fasciitis back in February, tweaked the muscle behind my calf in May. So I've been running through both. Body just needs time to start over. I took a month at the end of last year and it seemed to do the trick. I want to go heavy mileage this winter with double run days, so just need to recharge the batteries!

Riding without hands on the handlebars is actually illegal, and is considered "stunting" or something similar. I don't know how much that is actually enforced, since I do see tons of people riding without their hands. I was working at City Hall this Summer, and I was bored so I looked at the cycling stuff on the City website. The cycling bylaw is found here: http://www.saskatoon.ca/DEPARTMENTS/City%20Clerks%20Office/Documents/bylaws/6884.pdf
If you look at article 10 of that bylaw, you'll see what I me
