      The way I see it, you want to do anything that helps you be seen by drivers. I count wearing loud clothes as one of those things. The louder the better. Run safe!

    Okay. New Balance's kicked the bucket, plus I pulled a muscle in my back on Friday. Had to walk last half mile because of back pain. Good run.

    It was such a beautiful morning, I couldn't resist running downtown. Started at Urban Standard, ended up in Linn Park and made my way back. Lots of beautiful churches downtown.
