The run itself wasn't bad but afterwards I felt horrible. Not enough fluids, stretching, fuel, you name it I needed it. Took most of the day for me to feel better. Cant win em all.

Ugh, that sux when that happens. I realized today even on our shorter run how much I'm going to have to focus on hydrating ahead of time as it just gets warmer and warmer. Great run!
