      Wow, great time,Whitney. It was nice weather. One of the first time in ages that I did not run the Corporate Cup, because I officiated at a wedding the night before and I was not sure how late I would be up.

      Great speed, Whitney. I have run forever 35 years so my speed is not much faster than a fast walk! I still try to get out there 4 to 5 times a week and I am planning to run a half marathon in Orlando this November. When I run five miles, I run through Elmwood/Memorial Parks and when I run longer distances, I take the Keystone Trail.
