New batteries in the HRM and everything is good in the world once more. Feeling really good today. Everything is functioning as it should and I felt pretty strong.

great Stationary Bike 01:00
The stationary bike is not my favorite, but feeling good now that it is done.

It's still better than a moving bike. Those things just turn people into jerks. Looks like you got a good sweat Whit.

great Zone 2 Run 7.84 mi 01:07 08:29 pace
Awesome sunny morning. I was very thankful to be able to get out there today. Heartrate didn't want to stay down though.

I think it's always a good sign when HR is limiting factor and not leg/foot pain! Nice run.

About 35 min pain free today. I've found that it does me little good to keep going once it starts hurting so I stopped. Bah.

alright Zone 2 7.15 mi 00:59 08:15 pace
About the same as Monday. First third was pain free. After that ITB got sore. Good thing, though, is that it feels OK now after I stopped running. I'll take that as a good sign.

Thank you everyone for your kind words and prayers. It is a difficult thing to go through. Still a little in shock I think. Hard to believe really. But I am trusting in God and praying for those who were hurt or know someone who was.
