    New batteries in the HRM and everything is good in the world once more. Feeling really good today. Everything is functioning as it should and I felt pretty strong.

    Same thing with the ITB. Stopped early when it started feeling pretty sore. Its feeling OK now though. Going to do some fome rolling today.

    About the same as Monday. First third was pain free. After that ITB got sore. Good thing, though, is that it feels OK now after I stopped running. I'll take that as a good sign.

      I will be curious to see how the taping goes- I plan on using kt tape for Portland marathon for it band. If you have any hints on putting it on, I'm all ears. (I just plan on looking up the kt website.) Glad your foot is better at least...

      Thank you everyone for your kind words and prayers. It is a difficult thing to go through. Still a little in shock I think. Hard to believe really. But I am trusting in God and praying for those who were hurt or know someone who was.
