    Distance is just an estimate - I did a little loop on the way to pick the kids up from school. The sun felt SO GOOD and the run didn't make my tendon too angry either. Happy Spring!

    Got the go-ahead from my PT to run a slow mile today and see how it feels tomorrow. If I have no pain, I get to run 3 on Friday. Fingers crossed! (P.S. Tendon injuries suck.)
