    I didn't like this class as much as the C2 classes but we will see how tired my muscles are after using the weights.

    Went around the Gold Coast. It is pretty fun just running down random streets and looking at the mansions, boutiques and whatnot. Very happy with my pace since I'm doing 5/1 run/walking. I think this method will really pick up my speed.

    I meant to run outside but it started to snow so I gave myself a by and used the treadmill. First CES Group run tomorrow morning at 7AM. 5 miles. I am ready.

    What can I say. I LOVE my Garmin. It made this run awesome because I could do quick out and backs on clear paths and still know how far I went. And it made my 5 mins run, 1 min walk super easy.
