The wind was insane and my legs were frozen but I'm so excited to start my training program. There is NO WAY I would have done this on my own. I am a loving the 5/1 run/walk as well. Our pace was a little slow because of the headwind and my Garmin took a little while to get the satellites so the run was more like 5 miles.
