Annoyingly hit traffic on the Ike at 6:15 this morning (wtf) so I didn't make it to the gym until almost 7:20 so I had to cut my workout short. Just 25 mins on the elliptical and about 15 mins of stretching and free weights. Something is better than nothing right?
