Managed to get in bed by 10 so it wasn't so so hard to get up at 5:30AM in the pitch black. I need to continue to remind myself that I save almost 30 mins on the road by leaving that early but it really is hard to get myself up consistently that early.
However, I had a pretty great workout at the gym. The pyramid workout on the board was as follows: 6x100, 6x75, 6x50, 4x25. I will admit at the end of the 100s I was already getting pretty tired but I had it in my head to finish this workout. I tried to pick up the pace on the 50s and really sprinted on the 25s. I'm still SUPER slow but I love the pool.

I sorta didn't think about how long the pyramid really was until suddenly it was already 8AM and I was going to be late for work! I thought I did 4x100, 4x75....in my last swim and then I checked and it was 2s rather than 4s. HA!
