Always rough to get up with the 5:10AM Alarm but the lack of traffic on the Ike makes up for it. Swam with my new Blue Mercury goggles I picked up Fleetfeet on Sunday and they rock! Arms felt a little heavy, likely from my mile in the lake on Sunday.
Workout:
10 minute warmup of drills/pulls/kick
3 X 150 at 3:40-4:00 each
4 X 75 at 1:45-1:50
4 X 25 at 0:26-0:30
5 Min cool down
