Decided to push my bike ride until tomorrow because the HB Run Club wants to meet. But I also am starting to get scared (terrified really) about the swim at the Tri so I'm going to do a double workout today so I got up for a swim this morning.
Without a real plan in mind, it was hard to get truly motivated for this workout. I did some drills/kick/pulls for about 10 mins, then did some laps. Mostly 50s and 100s but I did get in a 200 as well. Hoping to get in 2-3 swims a week for the next month.
