After letting the snooze button win this morning, I didn't get in my ride before work. Decided I need an easy 45 min on the elliptical and some core work rather than time in the saddle since I'm riding a lot this weekend.
I really need to get more stretching in my legs. Hamstrings are getting quite tight!
