Really had to talk myself into even trying to run since it was so so hot. At this point it was probably 85F. Planned on 15 mins but only did 10. I could feel a spot in my left hip so I gave myself some time with the foam roller at the gym before my shower.

I think my body is starting to feel the effects of tri training. Which is understandable.
