great Old School Forest Preserve 10.61 mi 00:40 16.0mph pace

After our run we had a tire change clinic and thankfully at this point it had stopped raining! So we got in half of our planned ride by doing one of the Old School Loops. Man it is great to get a ride in off the lakefront or prairie paths and open roads! Followed this with brunch at Acre and a two-hour nap which left me feeling worse (I'm just so not a napper).
