I wasn't able to leave work in time to make it to the Nike RUNLOUD run, so I ran on my own on the prairie path. Was nice that I was able to actually do an out and back run since it was STILL LIGHT OUT for the whole run. Daylight Savings kicks you in the ass in the mornings but I did enjoy this evening run in shorts/tee/sunlight.

Legs felt heavy for the first 2 miles. I told myself to just do at least 3 miles so I was really glad that I was able to push through the whole 50 mins. Through in a few "hills" at the end.
