good CES Threshold Workout 4 mi 00:41 10:21 pace

This week we did 8X2 thresholds. After a little warm up, I went full out (for me) for 8 mins, followed by a 5 min walk/jog recovery, then did it again. This was pretty hard! BUT-I ran a 9:05 mile and was on pace to run a 8:45 mile!!! If you know me, this is super speedy. Maybe I can run a 27 min 5K in 2010??
