      One of my coworkers, who I also run with, suggested reading the "Foundation Training" book which I think I'm going to look into. He lent me the book last night and I started it.       I'm sorry you had a rough time, but given your knee I'm super impressed you finished. That must have been frustrating, especially on the down hills. Great job pushing through! I hope you got to enjoy the beautiful scenery and maybe some cherry-stuffed french toast. I think Door County is my favorite half too. Hope that knee feels better soon!
