Whitney ran 3 miles in 35 mins CES Circuit Workout – 3 mi / 00:35 11:39 pace
This was pretty fun. There were 5 "stations" with various exercises with running in between. I wore my Garmin and it was about 3 miles in total. Wore shorts for the first time since CA!
