    Just a little cross training with a borrowed In Style. I forgot how much I enjoy just flipping through the pages and looking at all the pretty clothes I can't afford.

    This was pretty fun. There were 5 "stations" with various exercises with running in between. I wore my Garmin and it was about 3 miles in total. Wore shorts for the first time since CA!

    Listened to a This American Life Podcast with some elliptical and weights. I don't know why I waited so long to explore podcasts, because they are really great.
