As part of Thunder Run Training a group of us was out on a lovely Saturday Evening to do 3 x 50 mins run, with a 45 min rest between to simulate the Thunder Run with Head Torches. Will be in a team of 5 which on average at 10 min/mile - hour each, 5 runs each of 10k over 24 hours.

Really looking forward to this event as did the training last year but had to pull out the event - atmosphere is meant to be great
